Donna has given me confidence to work on Chance at home carrying out his leg exercises.
Tyler gets excited when I tell him he’s going to see Donna. After his visits he is always chilled and relaxed. It’s great that I can bring Molly his companion as they get stressed if separated.
My dogs both love coming in for treatment and hated going to the vets before starting the physio. They love seeing Donna and the treatment has really helped them both. Our sessions have also helped me to understand and look after them better.
Very good approach to a possibly difficult patient, in both temperament and medical knowledge. Mango the cat seems to enjoy his sessions.

Donna has a very warm and comforting way with Henry, who loves coming to see her. This allows her to work on him without any problems or delays because he relaxes so much. A very very good service.
We have be attending the pain clinic (at North Downs Veterinary hospital) for well over a year now – we certainly would not have done this if I wasn’t 100% happy with the service and results, especially as we moved further from the practice. My 11 year old ‘working’ Labrador has arthritic front legs and a stiff back. I have no doubt that his quality of life has been has been maintained because of this proactive treatment as he actively enjoys long walks and is able to work. We see positive results with every visit.
